- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative or clerk field.
- Able to communicative in basic English
- Good computer and documentation skills
- Strong coordination skill with other departments

1. Ensure that all requests from ?Any thing Any time? is handled promptly and properly logged.
2. Work closely with the Reception/Room Controller to ensure correct room status at all times.
3. Issues, receives, records and controls all re:fresh MVPN and key control.
4. Handle record and follow up on loan items and extra supplies to guests. Conduct monthly inventories of on-loan items, pagers.
5. Record status of daily attendance for all re:fresh talent.
6. Handling left-behind properties (Lost & Found)
7. Prepare monthly reports as required. Render assistance to respective
Housekeeping sections, Linen/Uniform, Floors, Public Areas, Laundry in preparing their monthly reports and inventories.
8. Review and update the monthly re:fresh Manning Guide.
9. Know how to use computer and support the office work if possible.
10. Co-ordinate work progress of Pest Control Personal, Machine & equipment repairs and Grounds and Garden from external company.
11. Keep good communication with other departments.
12. Assume other duties assigned by Asst. re;fresh Manager and re:fresh Manager
13. Assist with the preparation of talent duty rosters
14. Assist with maintaining up-to date talent records
15. Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
16. Adhere to the hotel?s security and emergency policies and procedures
17. Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs
18. Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely basis
19. Learn and understand all brand standard related to housekeeping department and rooms division.
20. Understanding of ABC of Housekeeping by Starwood.
21. Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisors
22. Take care stores and office to be cleaned and tidy all the time
23. Take care of and follow up safety policies in actions
24. Take care of the department Monthly training plan and summary
25. Coordinate with outsource/ suppliers/contractors
26. Update guest room collaterals
27. Control purchasing orders which are concerned with other departments
28. Take care & control of guest special request items
29. Print room discrepancy reports daily
30. Monitor & take care of amenities for VIP room set up
