6.At least 1 year Assistant Restaurant Manager level in the luxury hotel or 2 years Assistant Restaurant Manager level in the business hotel.
***Overseas Experience is preferable***
1.Responsible for the daily profitable operation of the restaurant.
2.Be a personal in charge of the Outlet Manager in his/her absence.
3.Ensures cleanliness and maintain standard service as prescribed by the hotel policies and procedure.
4.Keeps an update of the liquor laws.
5.Supervises the Senior Hostess, Hostess while they are on duty.
6.Delegates miscellaneous administration duties or tasks to captain.
7.Provides constant on-the-job training and discharges discipline while remaining fair at all times.
8.Attends to the operational problems and guest complaints, inquiries and requests; and sees that action is taken.
9.Ensures adequate staffing at all times, to provide for excellent service and giving serious consideration to labor costs.
10.Conducts roll calls on promotional items, special events and the happenings in the hotel.
11.Responsible for all void check and guest?s check.
12.Attends all F&B meetings.
13.Always be on the alert for ways and means by which the sales of food and beverage items of the Pub could be improved and made more profitable.
14.Supervises a team and is responsible for recruitment and selection of staff.
