1. To ensure that the Sales Department earns a maximum profitability for Hua Chang Heritage at all times.
2. To supervise and train sales staff to follow the sales strategy according to Hua Chang Heritage standards and polices.
3. To analyze the local market as well as other markets, establish goodwill and the image of Hua Chang Heritage and to promote the rooms and F&B outlets.
4. To establish good relations with every segment in the market: Embassies, Government Sections, and Chambers of Commerce.
5. To make a business plan and revenue budget.
6. From time to time, to go out to make sales calls to big accounts as well as other accounts if necessary.
7. To report promptly to all enquirers and correspondence.
8. To set up working relations with other areas of Hua Chang Heritage operations such as the Front Office, Reservations, Accounting, F&B, etc.
9. To coordinate with concerned department for smooth running of the Hua Chang Heritage operation.
10. To coordinate with all concerned personnel with regards to the incentive program and other promotions.
11. To learn the different methods of sales and needs of markets solicited, that is national, regional and state association requirement, national/international corporations industrial, incentives etc.
12.To conduct sales meetings on a regular basis and daily sales briefings.
