? Issuing verbal warnings and executing all disciplinary action as needed.
? Setting goals for improving the business.
? Improving the club's marketing strategy and workshopping ways to increase revenue.
? Building loyalty between clients and the club.
? Encouraging feedback for improvements among staffs
? Conduct Morning brief and make sure every staffs are clearly communicated and are up to date with marketing promotions and knowledge to in order to provide 5 star service
? Supervise team members and provide them with the training and direction they need to meet company and personal expectations.
? Ensure that all the customers complaints are dealt with promptly and necessary actions are taken to ensure guests satisfaction
? Prepare performance appraisals quarterly Discipline team members as needed, including issuing verbal warnings, write-ups and termination. Make recommendations for discipline and/or termination to other managing members of your staff as appropriate.
? Direct, supervise and assist with event marketing, preparation and cleanup. Schedule events regularly to drive sales and customer loyalty
? Talk to customers to get feedbacks and encourage them to give positive online reviews. Take charge and corrective actions when negative feedbacks and reviews occur.
? Ensure that club facility and equipment are always kept clean,well maintained, attractive, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations
? Manage inventory, order supplies and be responsible for setting the par count, developing recipes, liquor ordering.
? Be responsible for opening and closing the club
? Create management Reports and analyses
? Manage POS and cashier system that increase accountability and provide improved daily control over assets.
? Promoting club/hiring or encouraging others to promote club
? Ensuring operations run according to safety and sanitation standards and laws
? Implement strategies for improved work performance
? Deal with suppliers and seek sponsorship opportunities
? Supervise sales and marketing team to achieve better performance
? Supervise payroll, create weekly schedules and ensure staff review safety regulations
