1. To handle all incoming and outgoing calls in the most efficient and friendly manner.
2. To offer assistance to guests when required.
3. To be familiar with the Operator and Hotel policies.
4. To handle all miscellaneous guest charges and to ensure that they are promptly processed. To be aware of all telephone charges.
