Security Manager

- Thai Nationality.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a security manager.
- Proactive in suggesting and implementing security standards
- Good communication skills in English.
- Well-developed management and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage in-house.
- Strong personality and work ethics

- Responsible for Safety and Security within the hotel and control working of the outsourced security team.
- Conducts vulnerability assessments of the hotel and ensures an appropriate risk management program is implemented.
- Liaise with local authorities to identify activities that may affect the operation such as: seasonal events, current community crime trends, and potential for terrorism.
- Training in hotel and outsourced security guards.
- Ensures all accidents and incidents are investigated, recorded and followed-up
- Ensures all patrol checklists are completed and take corrective measures where required.
- Ensures all action plans under the Security Department?s responsibility in case of emergency are regularly trained, tested and evaluated.
- Ensures implementation of SOPs and all policies & procedures related to the department.
- Ensures CCTV recordings are made and information is handled in accordance with company policies.
