-Good interpersonal skills and ability to take initiative
-Dedicated to work, able to work under pressure, flexible to work in shifts

- Make a reservations by phone and by personal
- To assist hotel guests efficiently,
courteously and professionally
- To take care of all guest and coordinates
with all concerned departments
- To maintain a high customer service with
the customers always in mind
