คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Minimum 8 years of managerial operations in Retail Operations- managing shop and people
- Preferably in Food /retail

Workforce and Personal Skills
- Recruitment and training of all non-kitchen staff in line with company?s and statutory requirement
- Workforce planning due to new stores expansion or resignations, ensuring sufficient staff are on duty at all time
-Identify training needs and set out training plan accordingly
- Handle day to day issues of all non-kitchen staff, ensures all staff are motivated at all time to achieve sales target and customers? satisfaction score
- Responsible for performance review of all non-kitchen staffs
- Oversees the training curriculum, ensuring the highest quality
- Assist Head Chef in the day to day running of operation

Company Standards
- Ensures the stores runs to the company?s standard meeting all audit requirement
- Communicate and ensure correct implementation of Health and Safety police at all time
- Must maintain health, safety and hygiene in all areas at all time
- Ensures non-kitchen staffs strictly follow company?s standards, such as dress code, behaviours and all rules of the company
- Ensures the stores runs smoothly at all time, including adequate stock of all non-food and food materials
- Maintain efficient stock rotation, ensure all food and non-food are never wasted through non use.
- Continuous monitoring and control of stock level ? daily, weekly and monthly, to have enough stock to fulfill sales levels at all time

Financial commitment
- Ensures all non-kitchen staff understands the bottom line of the general operation, and how to maximise margins
- Ensures appropriate ordering of stock necessary for service operation, in line with sales levels and avoid over ordering
- Ensures all necessary reports are submitted on time with correct information, such as waste report, usage report and etc.
- Be preventive in terms of theft and general wastefulness, including stock and finished food and non-food products
- Maintain budget for all stores in all areas such as sales, waste and etc.
- Maintain good relationship with suppliers, and to negotiate the best commercial deal possible

- Ensures general storage of food and non-food comply with company and statutory health and safety requirement
- If need be handle customers? feedback in a professional manner
- Compile and maintain all process and procedures in the standard operation manual
- Manage day to day running of general administration and ensuring system compliance
- Proactive in increasing customers? satisfaction score and be creative to increase the efficiency of operations in all stores.
