Night Auditor

- Male, age is not over than 40 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting field would be advantage
- Computer literacy especially in MS Office, Opera, Micros etc.
- Details oriented and work hard person
- Has experience in Hotel Business would be advantage

- Ensure the transfer of each day's business is accurately interfaced into the front office computer system and agree control totals.
- Verify outlet shift summaries against manual guest checks, prove calculations and rectify any clerical errors (where applicable).
- Check if outlet void totals are reasonable and highlight any transaction requiring further investigation.
- Carry out all checks required prior to the close day procedure, such as potential rooms revenue verification, duplicate guest folio search, preparation of interfaces and other administrative duties.
- Do the spot check
- Verify the transaction totals of guest ledger etc.
