Experiences at least 2 years in accounting or Stock Controller
Able to work effectively with computerized systems, knowledge of Accounting Software (MAC-5) an advantage
Good analytical skills
High level of organizational skills with the ability to deal with conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
Flexible with the ability to work well under pressure
Team player
Good written and oral communication skills and computer literature
- Receive all goods delivered ensuring product, numbers and quality is up to standard. Reject all goods that are questionable.??And notify Procurement Manager should the need for goods to be rejected occur.
- Input in the computer all goods received.
- Daily record inventory movement (in/out/inter transfer)
- Daily check and monitor inventory balance.
- Co-ordinate and monitor all F&B physical inventories.
- Spot-check in receiving restaurants and kitchens.
- Track and crosscheck daily wastage, complementary and internal spend report.
- Issue daily and monthly inventory report
- Prepare monthly check slow moving goods report for management.
- Maintain goods to par through monthly inventory takes
