Receive and store beverage and other supplies items. Rotate stock and ensure that all items are maintained to company standards.
Maintain accurate Par stock for all bars. ?
Secure the receiving room and its contents, ensuring safekeeping of same
Calculate usage and cost for daily, function party, or every promotion. Report to relate department
Driving function-cost control on production and supply operations, implementing new initiatives and leveraging economies of scale.
Motivating subordinates to broaden their scope of responsibility & accountability
Providing sufficient good quality tools and accessories in accordance with all requirements.
