คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Good knowledge on beverage?
At least 5 year experience in Beverage or Restaurant Management. ?
Good personality and attitude
Strong in inter-personality, leadership and creative skill. ?
Proficiency in English and computer literate especially Excel. ?
Familiar with Micros system will be benefit for the position.?

รายละเอียดงาน

To administer the day to day operations for beverage service to support both all Bars and restaurants. ?
Receive and store beverage and other supplies items. Rotate stock and ensure that all items are maintained to company standards.
Maintain accurate Par stock for all bars. ?
Secure the receiving room and its contents, ensuring safekeeping of same
Calculate usage and cost for daily, function party, or every promotion. Report to relate department
Driving function-cost control on production and supply operations, implementing new initiatives and leveraging economies of scale.
Motivating subordinates to broaden their scope of responsibility & accountability
Providing sufficient good quality tools and accessories in accordance with all requirements.
