? At least 5 years HR Generalist experience working with 3 years in supervisory position
? Well organized and a good planner.
? Independent & ability to work under pressure.
? Team player & able to develop sound working relationships with colleagues.
? Strong leadership skills.
? Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English, other languages would be advantage.
? Professionalism and initiative.
? Computer literate.
? Experience in same position is preferred.
? Good knowledge of current human resource practices and conversant with the Thai Labor Laws, Industrial Relations Act and other related legislations.
? Oversee the overall HR function (Staffing, employee relations, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, training etc.)
? Participate as a member of the local management team regarding matters pertaining to Hotel's business, policies and procedures, business strategies, etc.
? Liaise with Government and other statutory bodies (when required) to ensure full compliance to all laws and regulation pertaining to employment.
? Provide Management with Monthly HR Reports and Metrics; track, monitor and analyze HR KPIs so as to develop and implement effective HR plans and programs promptly to address key issues and gaps.
? Develop, plan and implement HR communication strategies and activities to employees in an effective and timely manner.
? Responsible for payroll management and data management.
? Ensure compliance to all Company's Legal & Ethical Compliance Program.
? Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
? Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes.
