1. Diploma or equivalent professional hotel training is required
2. A minimum of 5 years Front Office operation experience with minimum 2 years at supervisory or assistant managerial position.
3. Well organized and a good planner.
4. Independent & ability to work under pressure.
5. Good interpersonal skills.
6. Team player & able to develop sound working relationships with colleagues.
7. Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English, other languages would be an advantage
1. Ensure effective day to day running of each shift in achieving the goals.
2. Meet and greet all return guests and VIP guests of the hotel both or in absence of Front Office Manager.
3. Monitor daily arrivals by ensuring all guests requests are carried out, all realistic expectations are met, and reservations are honored.
4. Conduct daily shift briefing, meeting, and 15 minute training including pass on all relevant information to the associates on a timely manner.
5. Ensure all issues relating to guest satisfaction are raised, monitored, and followed up on a timely basis.
6. Coordinate and supervise group arrivals and departures by ensuring sufficient staffing levels according to the business flow.
