คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications:

Male or Female, age between 25-30 years old

Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, HRM, Law or relate field.

Minimum 2-5 years experiences in HRM - Restaurant or Hotel

Possessing excellent interpersonal, organizational, recruitment and compensation & benefits skill.

Excellent coordination skill

Able to work under pressure and multi-culture colleague.

Computer literate and good command of English

รายละเอียดงาน

Key Accountabilities:

Handling recruitment assignments both head office and shop.

Sourcing , screening and interviewing candidates to meet the requirements from line managers and fit with the organization culture

Being a consultant to line managers in hiring and HR aspects

Supervise administrative works on salary, benefits, training, and employee relation.

Process documents relating to HR functions i.e. compensation, benefits, training, employee relation.

Provide advice and recommendation to other functions regarding HR policy and related law and regulations.
