Ensure that only paying guests are permitted to enter the premises.
Ensure that all of the night staff observe and maintain the required standard of the service.
Adhere to the company fire procedure.
Handle guest complaints in a tactful manner maintaining manners and professionalism.
Ensure that guests arriving late receive a warm and friendly welcome.
Bid guests farewell on behalf of the management upon their departure.
