JOB QUALIFICATIONS
-Proven working experience as HR manager or another HR executive
-Excellent communication, people management skills and good financial acumen
-The ability to be culturally adaptable
-The ability to remain calm under pressure
-fluency in written and spoken English
-International chain experience is a plus
-People oriented and results driven
-Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
-Knowledge of HR systems and databases
-Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
-Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
-Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
-In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Manages and ensures the efficient administration of the Human Resources function as per the Cross Hotels & Resorts guidelines. Job entails effective recruitment, wage/benefit administration, compliance with statutory requirements and the execution of employee relations activities in order to provide each department with the personnel, guidance, and support necessary to achieve their customer service and business objectives. Accountable for ensuring a proactive human resources environment consistent with profitability objectives.
