Restaurant Manager (ผู้จัดการห้องอาหาร)

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5-10 years experience in Fine Dining or 5-star hotel
- Strong understanding of Thai food and service culture
- Professional appearance with Thai/English communication skills
- Proficient in POS systems
- Leadership and quick problem-solving ability

- Manage overall restaurant operations effectively
- Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction
- Schedule and supervise front-of-house (FOH) team
- Coordinate with kitchen team for service flow
- Control food and labor costs
- Handle reservations and VIP customers
- Address customer complaints professionally
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback
