Assistant Chief Engineer (ผู้ช่วยหัวหน้าแผนกช่างซ่อมบำรุง)

* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, HVAC, fire safety, and building maintenance
* Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or building engineering, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to maintain operational standards.
Relevant engineering certifications or licenses are an advantage.
* Ability to coordinate with different departments and provide clear technical guidance.

As Assistant Chief Engineer, you will support the Chief Engineer in overseeing the maintenance and operation of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the facility. You will assist in managing a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring the property's infrastructure is maintained at optimal levels of efficiency and safety.
