3+ years' of sales manager experience
Excellent technical proficiency and in the domain of sales in the broader sense
Excellent capacities for team management and team coordination
Capacities of analysis, synthesis, structuring
Ability to communicate and present with conviction

The manager of sales coordination is responsible for increasing the sales of the village.
He/She directly manages a team of profit centres (boutique, spa, discovery, ski service - depending on the village) and is also responsible, in a cross- functional manner, for coordination and results of the sales areas of the village, such as VRL / VSL, sale of wine, bar sales, sports training, family services requiring a fee...
He/She will support HQ sales and marketing incl. sales account maintenance, new account development, local market insight, offer recommendation, marketing content production, MICE group resort coordination etc.
As a manager of proximity, he accompanies and motivates the sales forces in the village to increase local sales performance and may, occasionally, participate in sales.
Perimeter: all points of sale of the village, internalized or subcontracted.
He/She reports to the Chief of Village (CDV) / General Manager (GM) and dot line to HQ Commercial Development Director
