- Proven experience in a Front Office Manager or Guest Relations role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide Bell Staff and Guest Relations teams.
- Fluency in both Thai and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both languages.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints in a professional manner in both Thai and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Comanche System and office tools.
- Knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- A positive, friendly, and approachable attitude with a focus on team collaboration and guest satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Oversee all front office functions and team members.
- Manage guest arrival and departure procedures to ensure seamless service.
- Lead and supervise front office team, including managers and staff.
- Continuously improve guest and employee satisfaction through training, feedback, and support.
- Maximize the financial performance of the front office department through efficient operations and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Review department performance metrics and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle guest complaints and issues professionally, ensuring quick resolutions.
- Maintain clear communication and collaboration with other hotel departments.
- Prepare and analyze reports on department performance and guest satisfaction.
