Bartender ? Villa Frantz?n

Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Reports to: Bar Manager / Restaurant Manager

Job Overview:

Villa Frantz?n is seeking a talented Bartender to craft exceptional cocktails and provide an outstanding bar experience in a fine dining setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology, skilled in classic and contemporary cocktails, and able to create innovative drinks that complement the restaurant?s Nordic-inspired cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

Cocktail Creation & Beverage Service:
? Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with precision and creativity.
? Develop and execute a cocktail menu that aligns with Villa Frantz?n?s concept.
? Maintain extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and ingredients to recommend perfect pairings.

Guest Experience & Hospitality:
? Provide an engaging and interactive bar experience, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction.
? Educate guests on cocktail selections, spirits, and the philosophy behind the bar program.
? Anticipate guest preferences and tailor recommendations accordingly.

Bar Operations & Team Collaboration:
? Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times.
? Work closely with the sommelier and kitchen teams to create beverage pairings.
? Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards to ensure compliance.

Requirements:
? 2-3 years of experience in a high-end bar, restaurant, or cocktail lounge.
? Expertise in classic and modern mixology, with a creative and detail-oriented approach.
? Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and bar techniques.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, fine dining environment while maintaining composure.
? Passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a guest-first mindset.
? English proficiency required (Thai language skills are a plus).
