1. Handle Eastin Grand Card Loyalty Program as a ?Program Administrator? and ?seller? of EGS and EGPB
2. Ensure that new Eastin Grand Card members are well informed of general terms & conditions with hands membership card to guest within 1 week.
3. Ensure Eastin Grand Card members database is being kept properly and no one is allowed to adjust, unless otherwise with the permission from Director of Sales / EAM SM
4. Work closely with other department concerns in preparation.
5. Process mailing of Eastin Grand Card membership with following up through the end process if the client has receive the package.
6. Respond to incoming e-mail and phone enquiries from members and potential members
7. Clerical responsibilities related to membership processing
8. Assist department head including PR and F&B with projects as needed.
9. Present the product or service in a structured professional way
10. Convers leads into prospects; converts prospect into new EGC members
11. Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy EGC membership package
12. Review your own sales performance, aims to meet or exceed targets
13. Other duties as assigned by supervisor
