- Experience with hotel reservations softwares (Cloudbeds)
- Understanding of how online travel agency websites operate, e.g. Booking.com, Tripadvisor

- Excellent communication and organisational skill
- Education in hotel management is a plus
- Entry level may also apply
- Required to work shift work and weekends
Job brief
We are looking to build a team for our group in Bangkok, Thailand. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hostel industry, we?d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will assist in the smooth running of the hostel, and help to create a memorable stay for our guests.
Responsibilities
Front Desk Duties:
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hostel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients? complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests? needs
- Confirm group reservations and arrange services for guests and customers
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Ensure seamless experience with in-house cafe
- Annual leave 7 days
