Responsibilities of the Spa & Salon Manager
1. Operational Management
? Overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring staff adherence to schedules and optimal workload distribution.
? Developing and implementing service standards to maintain a high level of customer service.
? Keeping track of supplies (massage oils, towels, beverages, etc.), monitoring inventory, and ensuring timely replenishment.
? Organizing cleaning schedules and maintaining cleanliness in massage rooms, reception areas, and relaxation zones.
? Supervising the reception desk, ensuring smooth coordination between administrators and massage therapists.
2. Staff Management
? Recruiting, onboarding, training, and motivating employees (massage therapists, administrators, cleaning staff).
? Scheduling shifts, ensuring attendance, and arranging replacements when necessary.
? Enforcing discipline and adherence to corporate standards.
? Resolving conflicts between staff and clients.
? Conducting regular team meetings to improve service quality and address concerns.
3. Financial Control
? Monitoring revenue, keeping sales and expense reports.
? Handling cash transactions, credit card payments, and electronic payment systems.
? Optimizing expenses and ensuring the salon?s profitability.
? Managing payroll and bonus payments for employees.
? Developing loyalty programs and additional services to increase average spending per client.
4. Customer Relations
? Ensuring a high level of customer service.
? Addressing individual client requests and preferences.
? Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
? Maintaining a client database, developing loyalty programs, and offering special promotions.
5. Marketing and Business Development
? Promoting the salon through social media, collaborations with influencers, and marketing campaigns.
