Digital Marketer

Requirements

-Fluent in English and Thai with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
-Minimum 1 year of experience running ads on Meta (Facebook, Instagram); experience with Google Ads is a plus.
-Proven track record of managing ad budgets and improving ad performance metrics.
-Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, A/B testing, and analytics tools.
-Strong understanding of Thai market behavior, audience demographics, and behavior across different age groups.
-Familiarity with ad creative development and targeting strategies.
-Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Summary

Fat Chili is looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. This role involves creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels to promote our vibrant venues, including Gigi Ristorante, Gigi Eatery Asoke, Gigi Eatery Ekkamai, Iron Balls - The Parlour, Oskar Bistro, Lily Fu's Asian Bistro, and Sing Sing Theater. The ideal candidate will work closely with our marketing manager to develop and execute ad strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue.

Note: This position is open to Thai nationals only.



Key Responsibilities
-Develop, implement, and optimize digital ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to promote Fat Chili?s venues, events, and special promotions.
-Collaborate with the marketing manager to design advertising strategies that align with our brand goals and target audience.
-Conduct A/B testing for ads to evaluate performance, analyze results, and make data-driven adjustments to improve ad performance.
-Monitor and report on key ad metrics, including cost-per-click (CPC), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
-Continuously improve ad targeting, creative, and performance to drive down CPC and enhance ad effectiveness.
-Assist in implementing Google Ads campaigns as needed to complement social ad strategies.
-Analyze and segment target audiences, focusing on Thai market insights and diverse demographics, to tailor campaigns for maximum reach and effectiveness.
-Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our campaigns remain effective and compliant.
