- You have at least 7 years of experience in brand strategy, development, and marketing, preferably within hospitality or a related industry.
- You're a proven leader, with experience managing cross-functional teams and juggling multiple projects.
- You've worked with external agencies and creative teams to bring a brand vision to life.

Your Role:

As Head of Brand Innovation, you?ll be stepping into a pioneering role at the helm of shaping how our brand feels, looks, and speaks to the world. You won?t just be driving brand strategy; you?ll be creating experiences that resonate, spark loyalty, and make waves in the market. From brand identity to unforgettable customer experiences, you?ll be working with a cross-functional team to push boundaries and set new standards for what a brand can be.



What You?ll Be Doing:
1. Building the Big Picture - Brand Strategy:
- Develop and roll out a bold, long-term brand strategy that aligns with our vision and growth goals.
- Stay ahead of the curve by tracking emerging market trends, consumer needs, and competitive insights.
- Work alongside our leadership team to ensure our brand?s story is fully integrated into everything we do.
- Align efforts across Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and other functions with the broader brand strategy.

2. Running the Show - Project Management
- Develop and manage the brand?s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across marketing campaigns, creative projects, and brand initiatives.
- Brief, assess, qualify, and make recommendations for the selection of third-party agencies. Define and negotiate scope of works, timelines, and fees of third-party agencies.
- Manage and coordinate with the engaged third-party agencies to execute agreed deliverables to a high standard according to predefined timelines, ensuring all brand deliverables are on point, on brand, and on time.

3. Creating Unforgettable Brand Experiences - Brand Identity:
- Oversee the evolution of our brand?s identity, ensuring it feels fresh, relevant, and consistent across every touchpoint.
- Collaborate with creative teams to craft engaging brand narratives, visuals, and digital campaigns that tell our story.
- Continuously challenge the status quo by proposing creative brand refreshes that keep us ahead of the curve.

4. Engaging Our Audience - Brand Experiences:
- Design strategies that create seamless and unforgettable experiences for our guests, both online and offline.
- Partner with other brands and creative collaborators to introduce fresh ideas and reach new audiences.
- Analyze guest feedback, performance metrics, and market data to continuously improve the brand experience.

5. Leading Brand Marketing - Campaign Management:
- Spearhead innovative marketing campaigns that drive awareness, loyalty, and passion for our brand.
- Use data and insights to optimize every marketing effort, ensuring the highest ROI and maximum impact.
- Foster close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to amplify our reach.

6. Championing Brand Integrity - Brand Gatekeeper:
- Act as brand custodian and gatekeeper across projects, stakeholders, and teams to uphold the brand?s standards and brand promises.
- Conduct regular reviews to make sure we?re consistently living up to our values across all channels.
- Be the voice of the brand within the company, educating teams on what makes our brand unique and inspiring them to bring it to life.
