รายละเอียดงาน

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Creating an Exceptional Guest Experience
- Be the face of the restaurant, engaging with guests and building strong relationships to encourage repeat visits.
- Foster a welcoming and lively atmosphere that reflects the brand identity.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and warmth.
- Ensure high service standards are consistently maintained.
- Personalize guest experiences by recognizing regular patrons and catering to their preferences.

2. Leading the Beverage Program
- Oversee the beverage program in collaboration with the F&B Consultant to maintain high-quality cocktails and drinks.
- Develop signature cocktails and seasonal drink menus to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage bar inventory, ensuring efficient stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Train bartenders and service staff in cocktail techniques, presentation, and service excellence.
- Ensure proper storage, rotation, and cost management of beverage supplies.

3. Managing Daily Floor Operations
- Be present on the floor, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and impeccable service.
- Supervise the front-of-house team, fostering high morale and seamless coordination.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence, setting the standard for enthusiasm, energy, and service excellence.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
- Monitor and uphold hygiene, safety, and service protocols at all times.

4. Overseeing Music & Entertainment
- Work closely with DJs, artists, and entertainment teams to curate a brand-aligned sonic identity.
- Ensure music selections enhance the guest experience and match the club?s ambiance.
- Coordinate logistics for performances, special events, and themed nights.
- Provide feedback to artists and sound engineers to optimize the audio experience.

5. Staff Training & Team Leadership
- Train and mentor bartenders, servers, and floor staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Foster a team culture focused on enthusiasm, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and continuous staff development.

6. Inventory & Cost Management
- Maintain accurate records of beverage stock, reducing losses and overstocking.
- Work with suppliers to source quality ingredients at competitive prices.
- Implement cost-control measures to optimize beverage profitability.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and recommend improvements for efficiency.

7. Ensuring Brand Standards & Compliance
- Uphold and enforce brand service, presentation, and operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, food and beverage regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Maintain health and safety standards, conducting regular inspections for full compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices to enhance guest experiences.
