Proven experience as a Bartender, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role (Head Bartender or Bar Supervisor).
Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, bar operations, and drink preparation techniques.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a positive guest experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to alcohol service.
Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations.

Supervision and Leadership:

Lead and supervise the bar team, providing guidance, training, and support.
Delegate tasks to bartenders and other bar staff to ensure efficient bar operations.
Maintain a positive, collaborative, and efficient work environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of bartenders and provide constructive feedback.
Bar Operations Management:

Oversee daily bar operations to ensure smooth service, timely drink preparation, and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure the bar is adequately stocked.
Ensure that the bar area is clean, organized, and meets all safety and health regulations.
Set up and close the bar in accordance with company procedures.
Handle cash management, including balancing the cash register and processing payments accurately.
Customer Service and Experience:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by leading by example in service standards and interactions with guests.
Address any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular guests, ensuring an exceptional experience.
Suggest and promote specialty drinks, upsell menu items, and make personalized drink recommendations based on customer preferences.
Drink Preparation and Quality Control:

Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, beverages, and drinks, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
Create new and innovative cocktails, special drinks, or seasonal beverages to enhance the bar menu.
Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to established recipes and company standards.
Staff Training and Development:

Train new and existing bartenders on drink preparation, bar procedures, and customer service expectations.
Provide ongoing coaching to bartenders to improve skills, efficiency, and service quality.
Stay updated on new trends in the bar industry, including cocktail recipes and techniques.
Health and Safety Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding alcohol service, health, and safety regulations.
Monitor alcohol consumption levels of guests to prevent over-serving and maintain a safe environment.
Keep the bar and work area sanitized and ensure proper handling and storage of alcoholic beverages.
Administrative Tasks:

Assist in scheduling shifts for bartenders and other bar staff, ensuring proper staffing levels.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and waste.
Collaborate with management to assess bar profitability, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
