Drink Preparation and Service:

Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on standard recipes or customer preferences.
Ensure high-quality drinks are served, with consistent taste and presentation.
Maintain bar cleanliness and organization, including tools, glassware, and the overall bar area.
Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and answering drink-related questions.
Handle customer complaints and requests in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction.
Promote and suggest new or signature drinks to customers, upselling where possible.
Bar Maintenance and Cleanliness:

Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked, ensuring everything needed for drink preparation is readily available.
Regularly clean bar tools, glassware, and the entire bar area, including floors and countertops.
Dispose of trash and maintain an overall hygienic environment.
Inventory and Stock Control:

Monitor stock levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
Ensure that all alcohol and other products are stored correctly and safely.
Report low stock or inventory needs to the bar manager for replenishment.
Cash Handling and Transactions:

Process payments from customers, including cash, credit cards, and tips.
Maintain accurate cash drawers and ensure proper transactions are recorded.
Follow proper procedures for opening, closing, and securing the bar.
Responsible Alcohol Service:

Adhere to all legal guidelines regarding alcohol consumption, ensuring customers are of legal drinking age.
Monitor customers for signs of intoxication and refuse service if necessary.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including safe alcohol handling.
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Support colleagues in maintaining high service standards and ensuring timely drink preparation.
