-Responsible for driving long-stay booking and work closely with Relocation agency, Knowledge of corporate housing, relocation trends and expatriate.
-Strong negotiation and communication skill.
-Handle client concerns and provide solutions to enhance retention.
-Responsible for driving Event Revenue, secure corporate events, meeting and group meeting.
-Collaborate with operation, catering and banquet teams to ensure smooth event execution.
