At least 3 years of relevant experience

Fitness Supervisor is responsible for setting up, maintaining and cleaning equipment, welcoming guests, explaining programs and activities, teaching guests how to use the equipment, providing basic fitness information, reporting and resolving complaints, maintaining attendance records and ensuring rules and regulations are enforced.

พนักงานฟิตเนสมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการติดตั้ง บำรุงรักษา และทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์ ต้อนรับลูกค้า อธิบายแผนงานและกิจกรรม สอนลูกค้าสำหรับวิธีการใช้อุปกรณ์ ให้ข้อมูลการออกกำลังกายขั้นพื้นฐาน รายงานและการแก้ไขข้อร้องเรียน เก็บข้อมูลการใช้งาน และมั่นใจว่าไม่มีการฝ่าฝืนกฎระเบียบ

1. Watch guests/clients do exercise and show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury and improve skills.
ดูแลผู้เข้าพัก/ลูกค้าขณะออกกำลังกาย และแสดงหรือแจ้งเทคนิคที่ถูกต้องเพื่อลดการบาดเจ็บและพัฒนาทักษะ
2. Explain and enforce safety rules & regulations and use of exercise equipment.
อธิบายและบังคับใช้กฎและข้อบังคับด้านความปลอดภัยและการใช้อุปกรณ์ออกกำลังกาย
3. Offer personal training and fitness education according to client?s health needs.
เสนอการฝึกอบรมส่วนบุคคลและการศึกษาด้านการออกกำลังกายตามความต้องการด้านสุขภาพของลูกค้า
4. Provide excellent customer services accordingly to company standards.
ให้บริการอันยอดเยี่ยมสำหรับลูกค้าตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท
5. Give emergency first aid if needed.
ให้การปฐมพยาบาลฉุกเฉินหากจำเป็น
6. Report any safety hazards and unsafe practices to management promptly.

7. Maintain club house area clean, safe and organized.

8. Ensure exercise equipment are well maintained in safe and good working conditions.

9. Report to management in need of fitness equipment maintenance and repair works.
