-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
-Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and training program development.
-Strong understanding of Thai labor laws and employment regulations.
-Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement and retention strategies.
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
-Proficient in Tigersoft software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
-Demonstrated leadership capabilities and cultural awareness.
-Fluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken).
-Passion for fostering employee engagement and promoting a positive workplace culture.
-Experience in implementing Green Hotel or Green Leaf standard would be a plus.
-Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the hotel attracts and retains top talent.
-Training & Development: Design, implement, and monitor training programs to upskill employees, focusing on service quality, hospitality standards, and leadership development.
-Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations issues, promoting a positive workplace environment through engagement and open communication.
-Performance Management: Develop and manage the performance evaluation system to align with company goals and drive employee growth.
-Policy & Compliance: Ensure that HR policies are in line with Thai labor laws and internal regulations, implementing updates as needed.
-Employee Engagement & Retention: Create and execute strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover, including organizing wellness programs and team-building activities.
-HR Operations & Administration: Oversee HR-related administrative tasks, such as payroll management, benefits administration, and employee record-keeping.
-Sustainability Integration: Collaborate with other departments to align HR initiatives with the hotel?s sustainability and community engagement goals.
-Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and analyze HR metrics to support strategic planning, including staff turnover, training effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
-Strategic HR Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the hotel's overall business objectives, including workforce planning and succession management.
