- Wine Knowledge: Understanding of wines, including varieties and pairings, with the ability to actively promote wine sales.
- Appearance: Professional and well-groomed.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Able to handle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.
- Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Operational Excellence: Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, including staff management, keeping the place clean and organized, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Guest Relations: Create a welcoming environment, handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensure everyone has an exceptional dining experience.
- Staff Management: Help with recruiting, training, and developing staff. Keep the team motivated, conduct performance reviews, and offer constructive feedback.
- Wine Knowledge: Use your wine expertise to guide guests in choosing the perfect wine, actively promote wine sales, and manage our wine inventory.
- Quality Control: Oversee the quality of food and service to make sure we?re always meeting our high standards.
