?High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
?Proven experience in a supervisory role in a fine dining environment.
?Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and customer service standards.
?Strong leadership, training, and team management skills.
?Exceptional communication (English) and interpersonal skills.
?Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software.
?Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
?Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage stressful situations.
1. Guest Service:
?Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
?Monitor dining areas to ensure guest satisfaction and respond to any customer needs or complaints promptly.
?Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
2. Staff Management:
?Supervise waitstaff, bartenders, and support staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to service standards.
?Conduct regular training sessions for staff on service protocols, menu items, and customer interaction.
?Assist in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new employees.
3. Operations:
?Oversee the restaurant's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
?Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience.
?Ensure that all areas of the restaurant are clean, organized, and maintained according to health and safety guidelines.
4. Quality Control:
?Monitor food presentation and quality to ensure consistency with the restaurant?s standards.
?Conduct regular inspections of the dining area and kitchen to maintain cleanliness and uphold health regulations.
?Collaborate with the kitchen management team to ensure menu compliance and quality control.
5. Communication:
?Facilitate effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
?Attend management meetings and provide input on operational strategies and improvements.
