Experience:
3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Proven experience in managing and executing digital campaigns.
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Strong knowledge of web analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS, CMS (WordPress), and CRM systems is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the Hotel's products or services. This role enhances brand awareness, drives website traffic, and acquires leads/customers. The Digital Marketing Manager also identifies and evaluates new digital technologies and uses web analytics tools to measure site traffic and performance to optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
