- Health Care Academic training such as nursing, physiotherapy, or physical education is preferred
- Further training and education in related fields such as anti-aging, wellness specialist, or recreational therapy is advantaged.
- At least 1 - 3 years of experience in an application consultant or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills being tactful and with excellent vocabulary and verbal and written skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Work collaborates with the resident in defining the health problems, the desired outcomes, and the mean of achieving outcomes
- Develop and facilitate the recreational activities to support The Aspen Tree resident at active living and health and brain center
- Engage resident in therapeutic recreation activities based medical prescription
- Coordinate care intervention of recreational therapy and collaborate the wellness plan with other health care professionals
- Communicate therapeutic recreation assessment result with client, professional team member, and other key support network
- Document clients-centered outcomes and record progress towards goals
- Provide thorough individual health and wellness consultation with clients to determine client health condition and advise appropriate wellness program that suitable
- Work and support wellness and medical team to combine multiple disciplines of medical and wellness intervention into comprehensive treatment program of individual client
