- Proven experience in security roles, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial??
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, access control and emergency response procedures.??
- Proficiency in using security equipment and technology.?
- Customer service-oriented mindset and the ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Understanding our local laws and regulations related to security and residential management.?
- Good communication skills/Good English Language skills.?
- Team leadership supervisor and lead a team of security personnel, including security officers and guards.?
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.?
- Schedule and assign shift to ensure propercoverage24/7.
- Develop and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures specific to the luxury residential
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and efficiently.?
- Manage access control systems ensuring only authorized individuals enter the residence.?
- Maintain a visit log and issue visitor badges when necessary.?
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of security cameras and monitoring system.?
- Build positive relationships with residents and address their security concerns and requests.?
