- Proven experience as an M&E Technician or similar role, preferably in commercial or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical circuits
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment used in M&E maintenance
- At least 1 year of experience as an M&E technician role.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting and electrical panels
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issued with mechanical and electrical systems and implement proper repairs
- Ensuring that the proper repairs and maintenance of the entire building with furniture, fixtures, equipment
- Ensuring that all minor/major projects are well coordinated in house and with outside contractors
- Should be able to help the firefighting squad in case of fire.

- Keep the Assistant Hotel Engineer/ Duty Engineer informed and discuss if necessary
- Ensuring that all minor/ major projects are well coordinated in house and with outside contractors
- Should be in position to help the firefighting squad in case of fire
- Follow at other instructions/ rules and regulation that may be issued
- Proceed to fire and extinguish fire
