Best Western Nada Don Mueang Airport Hotel is opening the Assistant HR & Training Manager, reporting to the Cluster Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Handles Personnel Administration, including employee welfare, benefits including payroll.
- Coordinating employee activities to foster employee's engagement and teamwork.
- Manages employee recruitment and employment processes according to the hotel?s business needs.
- Oversees and follows up on employee performance evaluations.
- Maintains accurate leave and attendance records.
- Ensures effective communication with all hotel employees through available channels such as notice boards, daily briefings, town hall meetings, and personal meetings?to foster a positive working environment.
- Ensures that employees receive adequate skills training for their roles and complete all required training.
- Oversees on-property training, including employee orientation and other training programs.
- Addresses any employee relations issues and concerns, bringing them to the attention of management as needed.
