- Female or male
- A Good communication skill in English both written and spoken is required.
- Speaking a third language would be an advantage
- A Bachelor Degree or Diploma in hospitality management or related fields is required.
- Experience in Hotel / Travel industry experience would be an advantage.

- Handling hotel bookings by phone and in person.
- Handling email, letter, fax and face-to-face communication.
- Completing procedures for daily check-in and check-out.
- Preparing bills and taking payments.
- Handling special requests (restaurant reservations, tours, birthday cakes.)
- Handling guest complaints and providing favorable solution for the guest.
