? Education: Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
? Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B administration, event coordination, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
? Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
? Personal Attributes: Professional demeanor with a strong customer-focused attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Creative problem-solving skills.
? Working Conditions: May require working long hours, weekends, and public holidays, depending on event schedules.

รายละเอียดงาน

? Administrative Support:Assist the F&B Manager with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and preparing reports. Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and deliveries.
? Manage communication and correspondence for the F&B department, including emails, phone calls, and internal memos.
? Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting as required.
? Event Coordination: Handle event inquiries, providing clients with detailed information about hotel facilities and services.
? Coordinate and plan events, including meetings, banquets, weddings, and other special occasions.
? Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring all event details are executed flawlessly.
? Work closely with the kitchen, service staff, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution.
? Prepare event contracts, BEOs (Banquet Event Orders), and other necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards during events.
? Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
? Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
? Sales & Marketing: Assist in promoting hotel F&B services and event facilities to potential clients.
? Work with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional materials and event packages. Participate in site inspections and client meetings as needed.
