? Ensure that regular patrols of the premises are conducted, monitor surveillance systems, and respond to any suspicious activities or security breaches.
? Manage and oversee access control procedures, ensuring that unauthorized individuals do not gain access to restricted areas.
? Lead the response to security incidents, including theft, vandalism, or emergencies, and coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
? Ensure that all incidents are properly documented in incident reports, which are thorough, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
? Maintain daily logs of security activities, including patrols, visitor access, and any unusual occurrences.
? Conduct preliminary investigations into security breaches, thefts, or other incidents and provide detailed reports to management.
? Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure that all security equipment (such as alarms, CCTV, and fire safety equipment) is functioning correctly.
