? Female or Male age between 27-40 years old.
? Previous supervisory experience in similar role in hotel industry
? Minimum of two-year experience in same role or similar
? Knowledge of Food hygiene regulations
? Knowledge of F&B operations
? Positive attitude with hard working
? Leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.
? Good communication skills both oral and written in Thai and English
? Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
? Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
? Ability to work under pressure with attention to details
? Ability to work on your own or in teams
? Proficient with many computer programs such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
? Managing the outlet as a successful independent profit center.
? Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in consistent with Hotel Nikko Bangkok Standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Food & Beverage operation and administration.
