Sales & Marketing Manager

1.Working Experience in Senior Management level at least 5 years and a successful track record as Director of Sales & Marketing / Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing /Senior or Head of Sales & Marketing in a leading hotel, upscale hotel environment is preferred.
2.Must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive, creative and self-directed with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
3.Excellent communication and presentations skills required.
4.Strong leadership and people skills.
5.Able to work flexible days/hours to meet club activities
6.Fluent in English (speaking , writing and reading) with good interpersonal skills
7.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
8.Computer literate: Microsoft Office ? Word / Excel, PowerPoint.

1.Functions & manages as the leader of the sales & marketing department for our core Business Units (Golf Club, Sports Club and Hotel).
2.Manages the development of a strategic sales & marketing plan in the market
3.Manages our core Business Units (Golf Club, Sports Club and Hotel) reactive and proactive sales efforts.
4.Develops and manages the sales & marketing budget to enable development of our core Business Units with specific campaigns, promotions and collateral to drive revenue and objectives.
5.Develops and implement strategies that deliver product and services to meet the expectations of the target.
6.Develops strong partnerships, community and public relations to further increase brand / product awareness.
7.Creates effective structures, SOPs, LSOPs and systems are in place.
8.Sets goals and expectations for direct reports.
9.Develops, trains and mentors sales & marketing team; utilizes all available on the job training tools for team.
10.Leads and manages the sales & marketing team effectively and efficiently.
11.Maintains successful performance by increasing revenues, controlling expenses and providing a return on investment for the business.
12.Implements the brand?s service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales & marketing process and focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of the company?s sales & marketing objectives.
13.Provides day to day leadership to sales & marketing team to achieve sales & marketing objectives with overall responsibility for achieving booking goals and BUs? revenues.
14.Participate actively in all weekly sales & marketing meetings.
15.Participate any brand needed training and meetings as requested by Executive General Manager.
16.Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
17.Inform Executive General Manager of potential opportunities or concerns with customers and special projects progress.
18.Represent organization hospitality and clubs professionally always.
19.Strengthening internal communications with other departments and promoting a supportive work environment.
20.Compliance with Thana City's rules and regulations.
21.Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
