Scope of Work
Ensures that the property equipment and systems is operated in accordance with Lub d Brand standards to ensure maximum efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Ensure All Policy and SOP are followed in regards to Fire, Life Safety.
To create truly unforgettable experiences by delivering unique accommodation, activities and service.
Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
Technician responsibilities include, but aren?t limited to
? Performs minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment.
? Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis; inspects belts, checks fluid levels, replaces filters, greases bearings, seals, etc.; repairs or replaces broken parts.
? Cleans and inspects boilers; treats water with proper chemicals.
? Replaces broken windows; repairs doors, door locks and closets; installs window blinds.
? Repairs electrical equipment and control circuits; replaces faulty electrical switches; repairs refrigeration equipment.
? Repair electrical locks and control panels to maintain building security.
? Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required.
? Assists with the renovation/remodeling of buildings; repairs plaster and drywall; paints building structures.

? Work closely with other tribe and departments to address maintenance needs without disrupt guest services
