- Experience in Hospitality is a must and/or Wellness industries.
- Excellent English skills.
? To work as a team with colleagues in all departments, to ensure timely service and a smooth-running operation all safety issue is piority.
? To understand and adhere to all hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures with regard to guest service, how to run the operation, and personal discipline and grooming.
? To have a complete knowledge of the hotel facilities and services on offer to our guests.
? Ensure that all activities are performed safely using proper safety techniques and have CPR and first aid knowledge. Must be able to swim.
? To take responsibility for the safety of all hotel guests while using pool area, with particular attention to the safety of children.
? To maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of the pool area, and to ensure pool furniture is arranged in a neat and tidy manner.
? Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
? To ensure adequate pool towels are on hand for Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
? Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled
? Guest issue, and to collect and clear used towels to the Laundry
? To take responsibility for ensuring that all guests who require food and drinks are served as quickly as possible. Responsible for upselling of food & beverages around the poolside area.
? Quick and discreet clearance of soiled dishes and glasses from the poolside area
? Attend training sessions as required.
? Ensure any issues relating to guest satisfaction are met and that all follow up is completed on a timely basis, Pre-empt and anticipate guest needs.
