Job Specification
Position Requirements
? At least Secondary School graduated.
? Experience as Spa Attendant or Room Attendant is advantage.
Personnel Requirements
? Able to understand English.
? Well-groomed and healthy.
? Willing to work hard and be a part of the team member.
? Ability to work in flexible hours including weekends and public holiday.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
? To perform daily opening & closing procedure.
? To assist Team Members in cleaning and clearing up all work areas at all time.
? To look after all guest service areas and maintain it to the highest standard level.
? To check and follow up on the repair and maintenance of the spa.
? To ensure all equipment is in safe condition and in working order.
? To reports any observed or known safety hazards, conditions or unsafe practices to the Spa Manager and/ Supervisor immediately.
? Able to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situation.
Administration
? To update the Maintenance Log Book.
? To complete all assignments stated by deadlines with the Spa Manager or supervisor?s guidelines.
? To respond to the change as indicated by the company.
? To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company?s policy and procedures.
? To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company?s policy related to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
? To report for duty punctually and wear the correct uniform with the name badge at all times.
? To carry out the other duties as assigned by the management team.
? To establish good relationship and rapport with guests and colleagues.
? To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene in work areas.
