- Experience in the retail industry is preferred
- Assist with managing and updating our online store
- Help optimize our online store for sales, including product listings, pricing, and promotions
- Process orders and manage inventory levels
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that our online store is aligned with our company?s goals and objectives
- Monitor and report on sales and site performance, and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with ECommerce trends and best practices
