? Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes, following the recipes and standards set by the Sous Chef.
? Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely manner and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
? Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
? Ensure all kitchen equipment and tools are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored after use.
? Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
? Assist in the management of kitchen inventory, including the receiving, checking, and proper storage of supplies.
? Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to the restaurant's quality standards.
? Contribute ideas for new menu items and improvements to existing dishes.
? Provide feedback on menu items based on guest preferences and feedback.
? Maintain effective communication with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
