1.Provide day-to-day support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing any system outages
2.Manage and prioritize any IT problems impacting revenue and/or the guest for quick resolution and proactively seek preventative maintenance.
3.Record all issues that arise and advise the IT Manager of any issues that need further attention
4.Recommend system improvements to the IT Manager
5.Communicate with the hotel Team to respond to any Guest-related IT requirements
6.Must know about cabling, computer networking equipment, and operating systems
7.Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to relate to all levels of management.
8.Must assist hotel guests with technical requirements and problems.
9.Must be capable of training users with varying degrees of computer knowledge;
10.Must commit to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to Computer Systems and Telecommunications;
